Platform
Platform project brings language neutral framework, which can be
used as a base for any rich desktop
application development. The NetBeans platform is perfectly suitable to
be used as a powerful
modular framework for building powerful modular applications. The
Platform includes the NetBeans APIs and their default
implementations (Core), Core Libraries, AutoUpdate and Java Help
support.
The platform consists of the following modules:
