I was playing with new plugin-portal for a while. Beside no present splitter
between List of modules & Description area (issue 100534) is the second most
annoying  feature "Deactivate button in Tree Table View" :
- I think it should be located besides Uninstall button :
  - would say it is the same "kind" of action 
  - enabled/disabled if needed
  - save the space in the dialog
  - user would be able to deactivate more plugins at once
- if you select plugin row the whole table shrinks - so for a momnet you have to
look for the place where you were before
