Steps to reproduce:
1. Publish plugin with Plugin Name "XYZ"
2. Push button "publish your own plugin", browse some .nbm and push Next button
3. Set Plugin Name as "XYZ"
4. Browse some existing images in fields "Thumbnail image" and "Full size image"
5. Fill in other mandatory fields
6. Push Submit button
7. It is required to resubmit plugin because of the name collision. Set another
Plugin Name (substitute XYZ by other name) and resubmit plugin.
Images are not set - the default one with red cube is assigned instead of images
that were intended to add.

I see this is duplicate of an issue filed by me;-( VERIFIED->CLOSED.
