This is a P1, not a P3. Creating a new project is one of the first actions a user performs when running through tutorials. Annette, I've removed stopper fron status whiteboard because scenario is not very common. If you don't agree feel free to return it back. Vladimir, please look at the issue and fix it. Sergey - I think the scenario *is* very common. The exception happens as soon as you choose File > New Project (not only in XSLT project, it happens before you even select a project category). Are you saying that people won't create new projects? Then after you dismiss the exception and select SOA in the Categories list, the exception happens again. I do think it's a P1. System info: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 070420) 1.6.0; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0-b105 Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86 cs_CZ (nb); Cp1250 This is really P1. The same problem happend to me as well. Just open New Project wizard and go through categories there. Select SOA and you will get this exception and everytime you select SOA. Exc. attached for comparison with orig. one. Created attachment 41385 [details]
