NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 070418)
1.5.0_07; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_07-87
Mac OS X version 10.4.9 running on i386
en_US (nb); MacRoman

Steps to reproduce:
1.Run NetBeans with clear userdir
2.Go to main menu Tools | Plugins
3.Plugin Manager appears and its tab names don't contain counts of modules until
the content is read. During reading of update center content there is no
progress visible. The progress must be displayed similarly as in case the
"Refresh list" button is pressed.

Fixed in NB6/M10.
