NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 070418)
1.5.0_07; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_07-87
Mac OS X version 10.4.9 running on i386
en_US (nb); MacRoman

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to main menu Tools|Plugins
2.Select Settings tab
3.Push Proxy Settings button
4.Push Advanced Options button
5.The Advanced Options dialog appears underneath the Plugin Manager and it is
not possible to work with this dialog until the Plugin Manager is closed.
