Hi,

I would like to see that NB allows for a SVG based splashscreen but also creates
all code for those devices that do not support SVG and in that case have a
normal splashscreen instead. It would provide a pre-processor block based on the
SVG JSR ability that would activate the SVG code when appropriate or the regular
code otherwise. Now I need to do this by hand in another editor due to all the
guarded blocks and all.

Very likely it will not be implemented in NB 6.0.
