I placed a menu item under Window/Other. It looks good in NB where many windows
are installed. But it is the only window in this submenu in a NB based application.

It would be nice if a menu with only one entry would be canceled and the item
itself would be inserted instead.

Certainly wood be good, but we have no plans to work on it currently, passing to community to step in.
