Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 070619) 
Java: 1.5.0_07; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_07-87 
System: Mac OS X version 10.4.9 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to Tools|Plugins to show Plugin Manager
2.Select Installed tab
3.Uninstall "NetBeans Profiler(NetBeans Module Project)" that is the last item in the list
4.Try to uninstall "NetBeans Profiler"
->NPE appears
