Reassigning this issue to newly created 'ruby' component. I changed the rails console action to use the environment specified in the project properties. I didn't add the envs as a submenu as it would make the action inconsistent with the rest of the actions that take an env as a parameter, such as the run action. I actually think that it could be a good idea, but that needs to be considered still and then implemented in a consistent manner for all actions to keep the UI uniform.
