AFAIK these icons have been already redesigned, but are not in netbeans build yet. If any icons are needed, please don't
hesistate to contact me.

This applies e.g. to:
 * palette icons
 * editor toolbar design view icons
 * most navigator icons
 * .. and probably many others

Please divide this issue to more, one for palette and one for navigator icons.

This issue can deal with the icons in the designer toolbar.
Please send over the icons, I'll take care of those.

From now on this issue only deals with Visual EDITOR TOOLBAR icons.

I am still a bit confused. Which of the icons in the page are supposed to be used in the designer toolbar?

I checked it, and the icons in the desinger toolbar are already there.
