After installing plugins loading from files (I think certified) Netbeans do not load anymore.

Thank you for the report. Unfortunately, we need more information to be able to analyze the problem. Could you please 
attach the messages.log file? If you're using NB 6.0 on Windows, the file can be typically found in the following path:

  C:\Documents and Settings\{your-login}\.netbeans\6.0m9\var\log\messages.log

Note that the '6.0m9' part may be different, if you use another milestone or a daily build.

More info from the reporter:

"The error was a netbeans plugin to change the skin for the Substance look. I deleted c:\documents and
settings\...\plugins\substance.xml and the program started again."

I believe the issue could be related to:
