When using code completion (Ctrl+Space) during instant rename (Ctrl+R), exiting code completion (closing the popup) via 
Esc or Enter also exits instant rename mode.

Found with build 200707171200.

Sorry, but I do not think that use of CC inside the instant rename is a principal usecase.
