-add new module with Plugin manager (e.g. Accessibility)
-close the Plugin manager
-close IDE
->IDE restarts instead of exit

Cannot reproduce on Build 070809. I tried to install ~/org-netbeans-modules-a11y.nbm and worksforme. Have I missed
something important? It's Accessibility specific? Install from NBM specific? Please add more details. Thanks
