[build of 2007/08/31]

1.Go to Tools|Options
2.Select the Ant tab
3.Add 2 elements on the classpath through "Add Directory..." or "Add JAR/ZIP..." buttons.
4.Select the second one
5.Push Move Up
Move Down button is disabled - see attached screenshot

Rarely used GUI control, trivial workaround (click the other entry and back again).
