In Rails projects, Rake tasks should live in lib/tasks, and have an extension ".rake". There is no such file type in the
new file dialogues. It would be nice to have one.

Probably this should be solved more generally than just for Rails project. Maybe giving possibility through UI to do
something like 'rake -R lib/tasks' also for 'normal' Ruby projects.
