Using NB 6.0 Beta 1.

Under Tools > Options > Java Code there is a tab for Mark Occurrences. That's great and everything, but it appears that
it is not just the Java editor that is paying attention to the "Keep Marks" setting. The Ruby and JavaScript editors
appear to also be using that setting. It is good that there is a way to control their behavior, but it seems odd to go
to a part of the Options dialog called "Java Code" in order to control the behavior of the Ruby and JavaScript editors.

So it seems like this part of the dialog needs to be refactored a bit.... Perhaps similar in concept to the way that
the Code Templates section works - pick a language via a drop-down and then specify the settings that you want.

Reassigning to "java".

Tools/Options/Editor/Mark Occurrences exists for some time now.
