I added few files in some directories to my project(using a file manager outside of NetBeans). Then I made a commit
ussing NetBeans subversion tool. It committed only the files that were opened by me i the project tab. Strange... When I
open all the new directories at least once everything is nice.

when making external changes you should always run 'refresh status' from the versioning view.
