Beta 2,JDK1.6.0_03,Vista (+Linux)

If I debug web application on Tomcat or Glassfish, there's couple of error messages about non-existing paths in log

Non-existing path "C:\Users\jp154641\Documents\NetBeansProjects\WebApplication1\${ws.debug.classpaths}" provided.
Non-existing path "C:\Users\jp154641\Documents\NetBeansProjects\WebApplication1\${ws.web.docbase.dirs}" provided.

i dont think its a must fix for 6.0 FCS.
