- create php project
- open index.php
- add to php section some line with error
- added line marked in gutter by red square icon with 'x' inside
- click this icon

breakpoint added to line
its not expected behavior
click on this icon should show some info about error

Need investigation of annotations behavior.
Too risky to fix now.
