I found a plugin (Explore from here http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/faces/PluginDetailPage.jsp?pluginid=15) that does exactly what I wanted. There's also another plugin (Path tools http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/faces/PluginDetailPage.jsp?pluginid=676) that adds support for copying a path to clipoard and "Explore path" and "Shell on path" actions, but unfortunately it does not have a context menu. So I guess this issue is invalid or something? Yes, you are right. This is general RFE, not Ruby specific. Could you contact or file an issue for the authors of the plugins you mentioned. Or actually 'won't fix' specifically in Ruby. Probably better to pass this to the general IDE, since I'm not sure whether this is not a planned feature. reassign to plugins module for evaluation Sandip, any plans to implement the context sensitive menu actions? I have added the actions to the popup menu some time ago. Get the latest version. |
