For those plugins that are developed in netbeans.org, bugs can be filled in issuezilla at netbeans.org. But currently
there is no way to file bugs against third party plugins.

The following are the methods currently available:

A) From the plugin page in plugin portal, go to the plugin's homepage. Navigate in the home page to it's bug submission
forms.
Example usecase: To file a bug against spring framework plugin:
1. From the plugin page (http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/faces/PluginDetailPage.jsp?pluginid=808), go to the
plugin's homepage at http://spring-netbeans.sourceforge.net/
2. Click on feedback link (http://spring-netbeans.sourceforge.net/?page_id=5)
3. Click on the issue tracker link http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=174340

B) Use the 'Add Comment' button on the plugin's page. (Though, it would be better to reserve this for comments on the
plugin or asking about where bugs should be filed if homepage navigation doesn't provide any clues...)

I myself think the existing methods are sufficient and created this bug mainly for recording the issue. It could be
argued that, as part of plugin submission, we should ask plugin owners to specify a link to bug submission. But that may
be overkill. And plugin portal will any way have no way of ensuring that the link remains valid. For third party
plugins, IMHO, plugin's homepage and comments-feedback are sufficient mechanisms for communication.

Closing the bug as invalid.
