Create a visual JSF project and drag and drop a component from the palettte onto the 
   project window, under any node of the project: Web Pages, META-INF etc.
   Users can inadvertently drop a component here.
>There is no context menu to delete button, button top menu Edit -> Delete will work

Peferred to disallow drop and show the "not allowed" cursor.

IMO, it is up to the project or the dragged component to decide what-where it is allowed to d'n'd
