I installed all products in C:\Sun\ directory, not in C:\Program Files\. maybe you acidentally removed ~/.nbi folder before uninstallation? what jdk? does that occur on 32bit OS? xp or vista? has the user locale been changed between installations and uninstallation? please attach the zipped ~/.nbi directory. thanks, dmitry have you done all the steps (installations and uninstallation) under the same user? I didn't remove .nbi directory and therefore I filed this issue as P2. Because it's strange behaviour and I didn't have such situation before. Java: java version "1.6.0_03" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_03-b05) Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.6.0_03-b05, mixed mode, sharing) OS: Windows XP 32bit User: the same all the time User Locale: yes, it has been changed between installations and uninstallation.
