This is a long-term task to provide replacements for old APIs/SPIs from org.netbeans.editor and org.netbeans.editor.ext
packages.
The new APIs should be created under editor/lib2 where possible.
Finally the o.n.editor(.ext) packages and the whole editor/lib should be deperecated.
