All database related activities should provide a user friendly messaging. CC window should show the messages
(error/info) as per the Jano Rojcek's suggestion, new file mapping wizard should show the db related messages on the
wizard etc..

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
