Hi, ever since I installed 6.1 I've had random freezes of the jsp editor. It usually happens that after I edit or even
just open a jsp I cannot open any other file - the IDE is completely hung and requires killing. I have tried removing
the lock file and removing the cache with random results. When I first removed these things it may have improved a bit
(I also closed some projects too) but after a while it started happening again and now it is hopeless - completely
unusable when editing jsps - removing locks and caches does nothing, it keeps coming back.

This is on windows. I will attach a long stack trace of the hung process. This bug is extremely costly in time and
frustration. I saw a previous bug like this but it was marked fixed and is not coming up in my searches now.

Seems like another instance of issue #132662.
