Doesn't happen for me. I see it too. Windows Vista 64-bit, Java 1.6 update 10 (64-bit JDK), dev build 200809081401. It's also a regression because Netbeans 6.1 looks fine. Ah! The problem goes away if you clean your userdir... Reporter, please confirm. It looks like if you have long line of arguments, dialog box width grows, for example, when "Additional Javadoc Options" in Documenting contains lot of options. Not into 7.0 or next release.
