Now, when the debugger is not able to connect, there is displayed a dialog with links, how to solve the problem. There
should be an mechanism to detect possible problem to help more with this.

Probably too late for fixing it into 6.5, maybe separate module on UC. At least improved the dialog, see picture in
attachment.
