When I connect to a database within a server, I should have access to
the database under the server's tree and not as another top level
branch of the tree.  Particularly when new top-level branches are
hidden from view because the tree extends beyond the bottom of the
pane.

When the user connects to the database server (e.g.: MySQL), the
contained databases are listed directly below the Database Server. 
This is intuitive.

However, when a user connects to a database, instead of
adding/expanding the database in the location the user is in, the
database is added to the panel as a top-level tree element which may
be hidden by the bottom of the panel.  If the new node is below the
bottom of the pane (or actual screen bottom), the user has no
indication it failed and may believe nothing happened.

The database should be opened in place within the tree.
