Can not be installed on Windows Server 2008

Please provide some details. NetBeans and JDK version, error message, steps to reproduce?

Microsoft Windows Vista Server Enterprise(full installation) (SP1)
6.0 Build 6001 (Service Pack 1)
32Bit

java version "1.6.0_07"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_07-b06)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 10.0-b23, mixed mode, sharing)

After installed JDK and JRE. i started to install netbeans-6.1-ml-windows. the installer cannot detect JDK and JRE, 
after i run installer with -javahome, it said netbeans was not supported by the java vm on my pc.

but netbeans 6.5 beta can be installed. i will start to test on it soon.
