When setting the colors in the Fonts & Colors tab in Options, the background does not change until you press the OK button.

To reproduce:

1. Tools -> Options -> Fonts & Colors
2. Set the default background to black.
3. The background in the preview window does not change until you press the OK button.

I expect a preview of the background immediately.
