Provide some utility actions for both text and tree editor such as comment.  For
text editor only: put end tag, uncomment, go to pairing tag, selection escaping
actions.

These are already implemented in the kit. Their names are prefixed by
xml-, i.e. xml-comment. They are not bound to standard shortcuts.
