[ BUILD # : 6.5 ]
[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.0_07 ]

Product Version: NetBeans IDE 6.5 (Build 200811100001)
Java: 1.6.0_10; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b15
System: Linux version 2.6.27-10-generic running on i386; ISO-8859-1;

Userdir: /home/hmichel/.netbeans/6.5

See the attachment for what happens to my editor. Several repaint
problems and I just can't find any reasonable explanation. I just
experienced this for FCS, for RCs, Betas and daily builds this never
happened before.

This can have similar root as issue 149260. What is you hw. configuration? Does it happen also in other java application
as jEdit or Notepad?
Thanks

It is some kind of random problem. I don't realize yet a reproducible use case to send to you.
I can't reproduce it for Notepad or any other app, just for nb.

I am using a Mobile Intel X3100 in Ubuntu 8.10.

Yes, with more tests, I can reproduce the problem with Notepad app. I really think it is a duplicated.
