System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1251; ru_RU (nb)

It's possible to increase size of element using drag-n-drop so it's
became bigger then whole diagram (limit of 16834 already noted).

Log: fix #154682,#156554 - part fix, diagram area is bigger now so much more elements may fix (but more elements require more memory)
