Steps to reproduce:
- run IDE with a fresh userdir
- try to attach Gdb debugger to debug C/C++ program
Result: Attach debugger dialog does not contain GDB debugger.

Not reproducible on Leopard and Ubuntu, I haven't tried Windows Vista yet, but I do not expect this is platform specific. Could you, please, test newer build? 
Or stop in my office, we could discuss about next steps. Issue #154623 can be related to this. Thanks.
