Java: 1.6.0_11; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b16
System: Linux version 2.6.24-23-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

IDE is trying to open invalid web page in browser after sample project is created.

Steps to reproduce:
1) create project GUI Form Examples form Samples -> Java category
-> firefox shows error: Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (nbinst) isn't associated
with any program.
