When creating a new free-form Java project, I resized the file browser to make selection of the project directory
easier. Having selected an existing tree, I continued to create a project using the defaults.

Subsequently returning to the project properties dialogs to update the details, the dialog required substantial
horizontal and vertical scroll bars. Deleting the cache directory did not resolve the problem. I had to use a fresh user
dir.
