Description esmithbss 2009-05-07 17:55:54 UTC
[ BUILD # : 200905051401 ]
[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.* ]

I am attaching an avi file so you can see what is happening.

I am developing an application in RubyOnRails (built in JRuby 1.2.0,
Rails 2.1.2) and a Flash application (self developed in Adobe Flex
Builder 3.0).

Following a debugging session, I stopped the debugger, closed the
browser, and stepped away from my desk for approximately 15 minutes.
Upon returning, I found that the IDE's main window appeared to be
locked up.

I switched to other applications (Outlook, Firefox) to make sure it
wasn't Windows that was locked up. Windows and the other
applications were working.

I then tried maximizing/minimizing NetBeans. I was surprised that I
could easily maximize/minimize and move/resize the window. I just
couldn't do anything within the IDE.

It appears as if the IDE is only responding to a limited message set. It will respond to Max/Mix commands, but I cannot
close NetBeans.

it looks that the ide is deadlocked. please attach a thread dump (http://wiki.netbeans.org/GenerateThreadDump), thanks
