Andrew, please take care of this task:
create wiki (add it to the http://wiki.netbeans.org/CAndCPlusPlus),
create User View on the base of the UI which will be suggested by Stepan.
Alexey will create UI

Alexey wil be fully responsible for this task.
Starting from the Wiki, User View, Schedule and work with Stepan on the design.
