Have a fresh Nb 6.7.1 on Ubuntu 9.10 installed from http://nbi.netbeans.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList Ubuntu_Karmic 
folder. I installed the Java Web and Ruby support but the .yaml support is missing. IMHO it is by default in nb.cluster.ide.

Checked with installation crated from Aug 18, 2009 packages.
