While Java Card projects support multiple source roots, and for a while during 6.7 development, multiple source roots
were supported by the generated build-impl.xml, this support got clobbered late in the game and needs to be fixed.

Fixed in 2230f4f7c9ab - initial implementation of build-impl.xsl support for new dependency types
