netbeans-trunk-nightly-200909151512-javafx-full.zip

  Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200909151512) (#ebf350cbb86b)
  Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
  Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_15; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 14.1-b02; Sun Microsystems Inc.

Steps to reproduce:

- Type in the editor:
--------------------------------
var s = ["1", "2" ];
var i = 3;
--------------------------------
- Set breakpoints for the 's' and 'i' variables
- Debug the project
- Go to the variables window
The 's' vairable is not shown in the variables window (however the 'i' is shown)
Comment 1 Michal Skvor 2009-10-15 20:45:10 UTC
Show reasonable sequences is in actual framework very painful and almost impossible. I'm postponing this issue to time
when ABI will be available.
Comment 2 Lukas Hasik 2009-11-12 07:56:33 UTC
as this bug is either caused by the fx compiler or it too complicated to fix it in 6.8 - > approved
Comment 3 Petr Suchomel 2010-03-30 10:36:35 UTC
This because the mapping between JavaFx and generated classfiles is unknown and
translation tables are not available. Will be fixed when SDK will be able to
provide such information
Comment 4 Michal Skvor 2010-06-22 14:17:12 UTC
It handles Sequences properly so they should be visible in the debugger variables window in right shape.
