to reproduce:
-------------
1) open a sun-application-client.xml
2) choose Messaging tab
3) add a new Message Destination
ERROR: a new <message-destination> tag appears at the XML view but not at the Messaging tab

i can replicate the issue.

I will try to patch this for 6.9.1...

Integrated into 'main-golden', will be available in build *201101060001* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress)
