I was testing the new plugin portal and found a UI issue.  

I noticed that on Firefox on Linux (may affect other browsers/OS; this is the only one I had to test with now), the row of buttons to the right of "Logged in as " near the top of the page sits in the middle of the blue line between the gray header and gray body sections, making it hard to read the labels.  

I will attach a screenshot that illustrates the problem.  I have highlighted the area with a red box to direct your attention to the area I've described.
