ArrayIndexOutofBoundsException caused by opening ANT documentation, 
searching for 'uptodate' and selecting second result.

NullPointerException caused by opening ALL documentation and 
searching for 'explorer'.

I'm moving the issue to userguide module which seems to me more 
appropriate, because this bug is related to help documentation in 
general and not to Ant module only.

However, I was not able to reproduce the problem and from exception I 
have not learned a lot, becuase they are all in JDK code. More 
information about whether the issue is always reproducible and whether 
it is also reproducible just after clean installation of NB with clean 
userdir would definitely help.

Longstanding hard-to-reproduce problem with the JDK. I'd be curious to 
know if this happens with JDK 1.4. Jesse, did you ever file a bug with 
the Swing team?

No, I did not file a Swing bug. Someone needs to set aside a day,
install JDK 1.4 final, and play with it exhaustively trying to see if
any Swing HTML exceptions can be found. I have not had the time. AFAIK
1.4 is much better than 1.3 here.

I installed the JDK 1.3.1_02 and Netbeans 3.3.1 clean on another 
machine and it doesn't happen.  I can, however, reproduce the 
ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException and a NullPointerException 
consistently on the machine I normally work from.  What can I do to 
get you guys more information on these exceptions?

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> verified.
