I have 2 projects:
- HTML project and PHP project
- first run html file from HTML project with some line breakpoint that will be hit => file is opened/focus in ReadWrite mode => OK
- now run php file in PHP project in browser with NB integration
- run the original html file again

=> html file is opened as read only in IDE


I think it could be caused by the fact that each project is running on different server. While HTML project uses the default internal server, PHP is running on local Apache.

Workaround - close browser before running different project

Reproduced.
Running of a PHP project runs the JavaScript debugger as well (therefore Debug of a PHP project starts two debuggers (PHP and JS)). Thus there seems to be some influence between the two JS debuggers...
