There seems to be a 3rd party module. I have no information about it and no willingness to investigate the error. Do PHP guys want to do it? If not, probably pass to Jirka Kovalský. No idea who is the owner of this module and where to report this error, sorry. Thanks. I bet this is a problem of PHPCSMD plugin [1] from Norman Specjt.
