Hi!
For me very important in future versions of NetBeans two new features:
1) adding aria, role tags
2) For FTP remote projects notification on server file changes.

This features there are in PhpStorm payed version

You should not report multiple unrelated bugs per ticket. Also, your first bug is a duplicate of issue #268784
