[nb_dev](200407281800), [jdk1.5.0](b58)

Steps to reproduce:
- run IDE
- open New project dialog
-> by default there is selected one category and
Description panel contains description of the
first project in Projects list
- select Category : Samples
-> description isn't changed, Descriprion panel
contains descirption of the previously selected
Project....
